How do I care for my cozy?

Items should be hand washed in cold water and air dry.  Do NOT put in dryer or microwave.

 

When will my item ship?

Items are made to order and typically will ship within 10 business days.

 

What if I enter in the wrong shipping address in my order?

It is important you verify that your address is the correct address during the order.  If the item is returned to me from USPS, I can re-ship the items to you, but at the shipment cost.

 

Is your home pet free?

No, I have two dogs.   I have a separate sewing space where I put together my items and they do not come in direct contact with the fabric.  They do hang out in the room occasionally, but it's to come and stare at me in a creepy way to remind me that I'm not paying attention to him.  So, it is a pet friendly shop, but if you have severe allergies, you might want/need a different shop.

 

Do you return or exchange items?

No returns or exchanges, but if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me.
